Our team had an off site at a Co-worker's house in Eden Prairie. It came to lunch time and she suggested Gina Maria's. After about 45 minutes, our 3 pizzas arrived. They all looked Amazing! Lots of toppings, thick crusts, different sauces. We got a supreme, a chicken ranch, and a sausage and pepperoni. I had the chicken ranch. The crust was thinner because they could only do it one way. The sauce is ranch dressing instead of pizza sauce and the chicken was plentiful. It had crushed up bacon on it as well. It was super rich with the dressing, but is was real good. I think I need an angioplasty after eating it though. The cheese was covering the pie as well. Good stuff. I also tried the deep dish supreme. The crust was awesome, crispy and doughy at the same time. Tons of toppings in every bite. Lots of cheese and a nice tomato sauce base. Overall, a little expensive, but you get quality when you pay for it! A great gathering with Coworkers with fantastic pizza! Awesome!

I love both Neapolitan pizza and deep dish pizza. so yeah, you can say i love pizza. We have ordered a large deep dish pizza with peppers and onions on it. I didn't like any thing about the pizza. crust was not good. sauce was not good. they even charge for peppers and Parmesan cheese. this is never heard of.

We ordered a bunch of pizza and salad for an off-site staff meeting. Everyone was SO nice from start to finish - the guy taking my order was friendly and attentive, and the guy delivering the pizzas was also really, really nice! He even made two trips up 4 flights of stairs - 1st trip, to bring the pizzas, and 2nd trip, to bring up the salad. He was worried about dropping it, so he wanted to make 2 trips. Great thinking! And the pizza was SO, so good! We will definitely be ordering from Gina Maria's again!

I don't care for their pizza. The sauce is too spicy for me but some people might actually like that so this place could be good in their opinion. Whatever floats your boat, right?

The Gina Maria pizza lunch special cannot be beat. For 5 bucks (inflation hits pizza joints too, I guess: see Ryan D.s review) you get a huge slice of pizza (they will cut it into two slices if you ask) and a can of pop. There is also a rotating calendar of specialty slices that cost 50 cents more. The crust is quality and the sauce is very sweet and seasoned just right. Everything Gina Maria's can be summed up into one word: yummy. This is one of my favorite lunch destinations...even if you can only get it to "go", there is no seating.

definitely my favorite pizza place - love the pizza's and love the service. Had a delivery mix up last fall and they went out of their way to make it up to me (without me having to ask!)

Used to live way too close to Gina Maria's and indulged as often as possible. There are plenty of pizza places in the area, but Gina Maria's quality ingredients really stand out. The cheese - oh the cheese - just fantastic. Love the sausage and crust, too. These people know how to make a pizza. And the $5 lunch special is just perfect. I'll admit that I can only do two pieces at a time before heartburn sets in, but it's just so good, I'll often take the pain just for another bite.

Tried this pizza for the first time last night... AWESOME! Ordered a Taco Pizza and Hawaiian. Delivery service was good and timely. The pizzas were delicious. The sauce is tasty and the New York style crust is great! I didn't care so much for the thin crust. It wasn't terrible, but I've had better. Definitely recommend trying the pizza here!

I was in the neighborhood of a buddy's place and thought I'd see if he wanted to do lunch. We settled on pizza and he said he liked Gina Maria's. It was a great choice. Gina Maria's is only a store front with no seats, so you'll have to take your pizza to go. We got a cheese pizza for the kids and a pepperoni and sausage for the "grown ups." They had great tasting sauce because it was actually seasoned. It wasn't your out-of-the-can Hunts sauce with no flavor. The Italian sausage was the size of small meatballs and spicy. I *love* spicy Italian sausage. The kids inhaled their cheese pizza. I'll likely never go back because my friend will be moving in a few months, but if I'm ever in the mood for pizza and find myself in Eden Prairie, I'd go back. They have three locations: Eden Prairie, Minnetonka, and Chanhassen.

Fast, friendly, tasty good! Beats even the best of the pizza chain restaurants that are out there looking to make a fast buck. However ordering could be more accurate when it comes to names and numbers.

I loved their style of pizza. I had it recently and loved it and went and ordered it again the next day. Worth trying if you haven't tried it ever.

I'm so sad! :( The best pizza I've ever had in my life is gone! Gina Maria's changed ownership which has resulted in a different pizza crust and sauce which was what made their pizza the best. Now I'm going to have to find a new favorite pizza place. There's nothing that sets Gina Maria's apart from any other the other generic pizza joints anymore. So sad.

We've ordered pizza to be delivered to our office twice and it was amazing! The food is so good. My favorite is the southwest pepperoni. Love the taco sauce that comes on the side. We also had some wings, which were great too. The service is friendly and the drivers show up on time. Definitely try this place if you are looking for a new pizza joint.

After reading the reviews, we had a cheese burger pizza and a pepperoni pizza, both new york style. Wow, I couldn't believe how bad they were! Just cannot understand the reviews. The dough was heavy "bready" similar to old hotdog bun, no where close to New York style. As for the toppings, the sauce was bland and salty. Cheese burger pizza's meat was just greasy and flavorless and the pizza had big chunks of almost raw onions over powering the entire flavor. Overall just bad pizza for the price.

I'm a big fan of pizza and seek out new restaurants on a weekly basis. I had not heard of Gina Maria's (7416 Mitchell Rd, Eden Prairie) until reading a review here on Yelp and decided to give it a whirl. I can happily say that I'm a fan of Gina Maria's. Is it as good as Lola? No, I don't know if anyone is as good as Lola, but this is right up there. I'd take this over Punch any day of the week. We called in for delivery and were greeted with a polite young man that took our order, took our information and made absolutely certain that we had ordered the right items before hanging up. Good service for sure. They told us 40 minutes and it actually arrived in about 30. Friendly delivery guy as well. We were hungry and ordered two larges: one chicken ranch and a Southwest Pepperoni, both on thin crusts. Excellent flavor and quality. The pepperoni wasn't terribly greasy and had nice flavor. Loads of hot, gooey mozzarella and jack cheese (nice to see more than one type of cheese on a pizza). I think Krystyn loved the chicken ranch because she's still talking about it a few days later. I'm happy that we found out about this place because they seem to offer up a good product and have pleasant employees. I can see why people are impressed with Gina Maria's. Safe to say that we'll be ordering from here again. The prices are a tad steep (the large chicken ranch was $20) but well worth it. Maybe next time we'll try ordering online now that I know this is an option. Thanks, Gina Maria's... we'll be back!

I ordered the taco pizza this week (May 2015) and it was the best pizza I've had! The toppings we so FRESH and the taste was just great. I can't wait to try more! The leftovers have heated up really well too. Even the pizza box is high quality.

I had this pizza last night at my grandma's house for a birthday celebration. It looked good, but looks can be deceiving. The taco pizza was greasy, as well as the other selections of pizza. This was the only time that I can remember only having one slice of pizza at a birthday party, or any social gathering for that matter. I would have much rather have had pizza from a major chain than this stuff. Next time grandma mentions pizza, I'll be voicing something else!

I stop when I am in the area. Buttery crust, sweet and flavorful crust and great cheese. Not expensive either. Beats the large chains hands down.

Best thin crust/overall delivery pizza option in E.P., lunch specials on slices are pretty reasonable and you get huge portions. Could grub the square sliced pizzas from here all day! Been there for ever, you can bet they aren't going anywhere either!

Been enjoying Gina's Lunch special for years! Five bucks for a 1/4 Pizza and a Pop. But one will do it, don't try going for two, you'll just regret it... ;)

I love the red sauce as it has a nice kick to it. The crust is a little to thick to my liking.

Based on the previous reviews here at Yelp, I ordered a medium taco pizza for delivery to my hotel. Working late - no time to go out. Anyway, the pie showed up hot, on-time, very well packaged, and it was outstanding. It certainly exceeded my expectations and it was way too big for just me. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was the lack of napkins, red pepper flakes, etc. Maybe I should have asked or confirmed my expectation, but considering I was having it delivered to a hotel room they could have anticipated the need. I will certainly order from them again.
